1. Digital Products Refund Policy

For digital products including software, templates, themes, and AI-powered tools:

  • Eligibility Period: You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Condition: The product must not meet the description provided or contain significant defects
  • Usage Limit: Limited usage is acceptable for evaluation purposes
  • Documentation Required: Detailed explanation of the issue or reason for dissatisfaction

1.2 Eligible Reasons for Digital Product Refunds

  • The product does not function as described or advertised
  • The product contains critical bugs or defects that prevent its use
  • The product is not compatible with the specified requirements
  • You received a different product than what was ordered
  • Technical issues prevent product download or access (unresolved within 48 hours)

1.3 Non-Refundable Digital Products

  • Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
  • Products where you simply changed your mind
  • Products extensively used beyond evaluation purposes
  • Custom modifications or developments made to the product

2. AI & Web Development Services Refund Policy

2.1 Service Cancellation

Before Project Commencement: Full refund (minus processing fees) if cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation.

After Project Commencement: Refunds are calculated based on work completed. Milestone-based projects: Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable.

2.2 Non-Refundable Service Scenarios

  • Delays caused by client feedback, approvals, or content provision
  • Changes in project scope or requirements mid-project
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with design aesthetics
  • Client fails to provide necessary materials, access, or cooperation

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  1. Submit Request: Email info@gcais.com with order number, purchase details, and reason
  2. Review Period: Our team reviews within 2–3 business days
  3. Decision: Email notification of approval or denial with reasoning
  4. Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
  5. Bank Processing: Additional 5–10 business days may be required by your bank

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks seriously. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us directly. We maintain detailed transaction records and may contest unwarranted chargebacks.

5. Refund Exceptions

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • One-time consultation fees
  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • Hosting fees paid to third-party providers
  • Third-party plugin or software licenses
  • Payment processing fees
  • Services already delivered and accepted by the client
