9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for completed work
• We reserve the right to suspend access for policy violations

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Mumbai, India
• These terms are governed by the laws of India

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
